Beginning her career at Hilton Hotels as an on-property sales coordinator, she later served as Director of Private Label Brands at The Mark Travel Corporation, overseeing marketing and profitability for several vacation brands including MGM Mirage Vacations and Starwood Vacations. Subsequently, she joined the Preferred Hotel Group, revitalizing marketing strategies for 150 independent hotels. At Marriott Hotels, she authored the marketing playbook for hotel positioning and led successful openings and renovations. In 2017, she established the New Builds and Transitions division at Marriott, achieving profitability within 18 months and facilitating the opening of over 100 hotels annually. As a founding principal of Lotus Marketing in 2020, she leads a team of seasoned hoteliers providing tailored marketing solutions, supporting hundreds of hotels and over 40 hotel brands globally.
